The Role

• Provide essential support to enable individuals to achieve greater independence.
• Assist with a wide range of daily living activities, including household tasks and personal care.
• Facilitate engaging activities both within the home and the local community.
• Support residents in developing life skills and pursuing personal interests.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals, including assisting with medication and manual handling.
• Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping using a digital social care record system.
