<>Job Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Cloud / Supply Chain Technology Engineer to design, manage, and support secure, highly available cloud environments while supporting critical supply chain and logistics technology platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of cloud infrastructure, supply chain, warehouse management, 3PL operations, and system integration experience. This role will work closely with development teams, internal stakeholders, technology teams, and global third-party logistics partners.

The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple time zones and supporting partners and teams in Japan, Europe, and Asia.

<>Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, manage, and support highly available and secure cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Partner with application and development teams to understand infrastructure requirements and provide appropriate cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, application, connectivity, and integration-related issues.
  • Support supply chain and logistics technology platforms, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Work closely with 3PL providers and external technology vendors to coordinate technical requirements, issue resolution, and system changes.
  • Support and troubleshoot complex integrations between host systems and external 3PL/WMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, infrastructure, application, and operations teams.
  • Support integration testing, deployments, production issues, and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify potential performance, availability, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with technical documentation, integration processes, troubleshooting procedures, and operational standards.
  • Participate in global meetings and provide technical support across different time zones as required.
<>Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, availability, monitoring, performance, and scalability.
  • Experience working within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Retail technology environments.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong understanding of 3PL operations and third-party logistics processes.
  • Experience working with 3PL vendors, partners, or external technology providers.
  • Experience with complex system integrations between host systems and external platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, EDI, middleware, or other integration technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and external partners.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work with teams/partners across Japan, Europe, and Asia time zones.
<>Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience supporting large retail or global supply chain environments.
  • Experience with complex WMS and 3PL integrations.
  • Experience supporting global logistics or distribution operations.
  • Experience coordinating technical requirements with multiple vendors or 3PL partners.
  • Experience with cloud-based supply chain applications and platforms.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Candidates located in or able to work primarily within EST hours are preferred.
