Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Conduct research to identify and target key decision-makers within automotive dealerships, OEMs, and other related businesses.
Generate new leads through high volume cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other creative outbound strategies.

Qualifying Leads

Engage potential clients and customers in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges, needs, and goals.
Qualify leads based on their fit with our automotive software solutions and hand off opportunities to the relevant sales team.

Appointment Setting

Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives/RSM’s
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and effective follow-up.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead interactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Track and report on key performance metrics, including call activity, lead conversion rates, and meeting targets.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

Stay informed about auto industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product developments to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Prior experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably within the automotive or software industry. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone and through email. Proactive, results-driven mindset with a high level of energy and a passion for sales. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue new opportunities. A strong understanding of the automotive industry or a willingness to quickly learn.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Other Things We’re Looking For:
Self-starter
Experience with SaaS technologies
Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
Experience with API Integrations and CSV file manipulation
