Business Analyst (Need Local to Sacramento, CA)

Must Haves (no exceptions)

• 5+ years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
• 3 years of lead experience
• Minimum possession of a bachelor's degree
• 4+ years System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience
  • Applying SDLC methodologies to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirements
  • Eliciting, defining, and documenting business, user, functional, transition, implementation, and system requirements
• 4+ years Complex Requirements Documentation & Lead BA Experience
  • Creating and applying requirement documentation standards (RTMs, as is/to be diagrams, use cases, user stories, narrative descriptions)
• 5+ years of Stakeholder Engagement
  • Working directly with end users in a production support environment
  • Facilitating, collaborating, and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
• 1+ years of experience supporting State/Federal government agency projects
• Familiar with PAL (Project Approval Lifecycle) or similar process
