Senior Hedge Fund Trade Support – Boutique Hedge Fund (Credit strategies/ Senior up-to Operations Manager level with no direct reports)

Martis Search is partnering with a boutique, multi-asset class Hedge Fund to appoint a permanent Senior Hedge Fund “Trade Support.”

This is a broad and hands-on Senior Trade Support role working within a boutique, but growing Hedge Fund.

Our client would like someone who is of graduate calibre (STEM subjects with solid academics), who has a proven multi-asset class Hedge Fund Middle Office background from either a Fixed Income, Credit, or Multi Strategy Hedge Fund with some Credit strategies background.

Due to the size of the Hedge Fund, the role responsibilities are broad.

Ideal product knowledge that they are looking for:

1. Public Credit (Bank Loans/ Syndicated Loans)
2. Fixed Income
3. CDS
4. Cash Equities

Trade Support experience:

1. Trade Support (Fixed Income, CDS, Bank Loans/ Syndicated Loans, Cash Equities)
2. Liaison and managing day-to-day relationships with multiple Prime Brokers and Administrators
3. Resolve trade discrepancies
4. Supervision of outsourced Loan Closing (Settlements)
5. Reconciliations
6. PNL Verification
7. Project Management and change management

The role is hybrid. You must be comfortable working independently and taking initiative on data projects.

Salary

Between £90,000 k pa - £130,000 k pa dependent upon experience, plus a very good annual discretionary bonus, pension, healthcare etc.
