Help create an emission-free energy and mobility future!We are looking for a part-time (20h) position in Munich as of now:HR Business Partner (all genders)Your tasks:- Advising managers on all people-related, organizational, and employment law matters- Maintaining a collaborative relationship with employee representatives and supporting works council matters and procedures- Supporting organizational, transformation, and change management initiatives- Managing and implementing individual personnel measures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements- Supporting talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee development processesYour Profile:- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or a comparable field of study- Several years of professional experience in a broad HR generalist or HR Business Partner role- Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law- Experience supporting HR, organizational change and transformation initiatives- Highly organized and service-oriented with strong communication, consulting and interpersonal skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1)What we offer?Shopping Cardwith 50€ per monthFlexibleworking hoursMobileworkingDo you want to drive things forward?
