The Role

• Lead and support cost reporting for programs within the Marine Systems Business Unit.
• Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers to provide financial support and analysis.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and financial analyses including funding profiles, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor costs and schedules on contracts, performing Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks like WBS development, budget baseline, and estimate-to-complete analysis.
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts remain within agreed parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Support program audits, reviews, and financial planning activities for Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, and Long Range Strategic Plan.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related professional experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with financial systems, cost performance reporting, and Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
