Sr SAP EWM Consultant

Join our dynamic team as a Sr SAP EWM Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting and troubleshooting our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system. This position is based in Mexicali and requires a hybrid work model, with three days onsite. Spanish proficiency is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM, ensuring seamless operations and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Leverage your experience in various EWM processes, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, picking, packing, and put away, to optimize warehouse management.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure the reliability and accuracy of EWM implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EWM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for EWM processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using EWM functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest EWM developments and best practices, and suggest improvements to enhance system performance.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SAP EWM with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of EWM processes, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, picking, packing, and put away.
  • Experience in conducting SIT and UAT to ensure the quality and functionality of EWM implementations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex EWM issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Spanish proficiency is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid model with three days onsite in Mexicali.
<>Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Labor Management, Yard Management, and RF Framework is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules is advantageous.
  • Certification in SAP EWM or related SAP modules is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
