Mobile Forklift Engineer - Fort William

Job Title: Mobile Forklift Engineer<br />Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000<br />OTE: £35,624 - £47,498 (based on 5hrs overtime)<br />Overtime is paid at 1.5x - Lots available!<br />Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm The Role<br />This is a mobile role however it will predominantly based at one site<br />Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment<br />Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults<br />Carrying out LOLER inspections<br />Responding to breakdowns and carrying out reactive maintenance to minimise customer downtime<br />Completing service reports, job sheets and all relevant compliance documentation accuratelyWhat We’re Looking For<br />Experience required:

Forklift Engineer / Plant Fitter / Agricultural technician (forklift experience preffered)<br />Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with diesel engines<br />Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills<br />Experience working with electrical and hydraulic systems<br />Experience or knowledge of LOLER inspections would be desirable<br />The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of longevity and stability in previous positions, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career with one organisation.<br />Full UK driving licencePackage:<br />Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000<br />OTE: £35,624 - £47,498 (based on 5hrs overtime)<br />OTE: £41,248 - £54,997 (based on 10hrs overtime)<br />Overtime is paid at 1.5x, with lots available<br />Company van with fuel card provided<br />Door to door pay<br />Company pension, holiday allowance and other benefits
