Project Manager Oracle Fusion

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has an immediate need for a Project Manager Oracle Fusion for a 12 month+ Contract position that requires a minimum of 2-3 days a week onsite in Westchester County.

Summary

In this position, you will lead and support IT projects and work streams for IT. This requires demonstrated experience managing Oracle Fusion Systems modernization and integration in a large scale, fast-paced working environment. This internal client-facing role will drive planning and execution of medium and large-scale projects for the IT Portfolio across various platforms.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to provide consistent and collaborative project delivery
• Tracks progress and adherence to plan for scope, budget, and schedule
• Ensure the quality and on time delivery of technical implementation projects with supporting deliverables and artifacts
• Drive discovery phase to gather initial requirements and business goals
• Establish business case to justify investments required
• Establish project plan and cost estimates and manage delivery to ensure that goals and value propositions are met in line with original estimates
• Oversee 3rd party vendor resources to deliver on day-to-day execution
• Complete lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of each delivered project with a focus on continuous service improvement
• Audit PMO specific content such as risks, issues, and changes
• Audit Financial data monthly to ensure alignment between forecast and actual
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting towards attaining better data quality

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience; PMP Certification highly preferred
• Strong background in SDLC and Project Management Principles (Project Planning, Project requirements, Project Estimating, Resource Management, Scheduling and Controlling, Facilitation, Risk Management, Procurement, Reporting Status, and Change Management
• Expert experience level project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
• Expert experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
• Expert experience level working with 3rd party vendors and contracted temp project resources
• Intermediate level experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentation
• Expert experience level with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
• Familiarity in Project/Program Management toolset, including financial systems and other key technologies
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership
• Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
• Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
