Project Manager - Service Now HR

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is in need of a Project Manager Service Now HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large IT projects, including ServiceNow implementations, from initiation through successful delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, milestones, and deliverables
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, establish goals, and manage project expectations
• Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while driving tasks through completion
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and recommended resolutions
• Prepare and present clear project status updates to stakeholders, leadership, and PMO teams
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely execution and accountability
• Support business case development, project estimates, resource planning, and financial forecasting
• Review project financials, forecasts, risks, issues, and change activity for accuracy and alignment
• Ensure technical implementations are delivered with appropriate documentation, project artifacts, and quality controls
• Facilitate project closeout activities and lessons learned to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Provide project management guidance and quality oversight across assigned initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive IT project management experience, preferably supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies, including planning, estimating, scheduling, risk management, change management, and resource management
• Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full technology or product lifecycle
• Strong experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and external project resources
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience communicating with senior-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, facilitate decision-making, and promote process improvement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
