Pay Range$20.09-$28.70 Per Hr

Description
Lead large test teams in integration, regression, and functional testing of complex systems.
Create and execute technically complex test plans ensuring compliance with system requirements.
Analyze functional and technical requirements to create and edit test cases for new or modified systems.
Document defects/bugs during testing and recommend prioritization for solutions.
Run and troubleshoot test automation scripts independently.
Participate in System Development Life Cycles using Agile best practices and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Create complex Test Plan documents using industry standards and templates.
Perform complex analysis, interpret results, and present recommendations and potential alternatives.
Coordinate and perform testing of complex systems during the System Integration Testing phase.
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to peers.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure business needs are communicated and documented.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in technology testing.
Advanced skills in various software programs and testing tools.
Significant experience in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects.
ISTQB Foundation level certification (CTFL) and DevOps Institute DevOps Foundation (DOFD).
