About the Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a major real estate developer based in Dubai - a well-established, high-growth organization known for large-scale property development projects - in their search for an Executive Search Director.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading executive search assignments, identifying and securing high-calibre leadership talent, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates across the market.

The Role

As Executive Search Director, you will lead high-level search assignments, working closely with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and develop targeted search strategies. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top executive talent while providing valuable market insight throughout the search process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver executive search assignments from initial brief through to successful appointment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
• Drive search strategies for C-suite, executive, and hard-to-fill positions across the business
• Conduct detailed market mapping and competitor research to identify relevant talent
• Identify, engage, and assess C-suite and senior-level candidates
• Manage retained search assignments and provide market intelligence throughout the process
• Build and maintain a strong network of senior executives and leadership professionals
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and senior candidates
• Ensure a high-quality and confidential experience throughout the search lifecycle

Candidate Requirements

• Openness to relocating to Dubai
• Proven experience in Executive Search
• Experience working for a recruitment company, executive search firm, or search firm rather than in-house
• Experience with retained search and C-suite appointments
• Strong market mapping and competitor research experience
• Strong client relationship management experience
• Experience working with C-suite level candidates
• Experience across any industry will be considered
• A strong track record of long tenure, with 3+ years in previous roles
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate at senior leadership level
