Duties:  
HR Support Representative 3 – Onboarding
Join Our HR Shared Services team as an HR Support Representative 3 focused on creating a smooth, timely, and positive onboarding experience. Based in Chandler, Arizona, you will coordinate onboarding from verbal offer acceptance through Day 1 and partner across HR and the business to help every new hire start successfully.
Location and Work Arrangement
Chandler, Arizona | Onsite Flex: expected to work onsite 3–5 days per week based on operational needs.
What You’ll Do
  • Welcome Chandler new hires on Day 1 and ensure they have the laptop, badge, access, equipment, and resources needed to begin work.
  • Host New Employee Orientation every Monday in person for Chandler new hires and virtually for the broader U.S. new hire audience.
  • Manage onboarding communications and track new hires from verbal offer acceptance through Day 1.
  • Proactively follow up with candidates on required onboarding, work authorization, and compliance tasks to protect scheduled start dates.
  • Identify and resolve onboarding barriers by partnering with HR, recruiters, hiring managers, department administrators, Global Information Systems, Facilities, and Physical Security.
  • Provide timely status updates, escalate risks, and help improve onboarding processes and the new hire experience.
Skills:  
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR support, onboarding, shared services, or operations support, including work authorization and Form I-9 processes.
  • Strong customer service, organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, manage multiple deadlines, protect confidential information, and collaborate across functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams; experience with SuccessFactors or a similar HR system is preferred.
Education:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
