Post Sales Implementation Specialist (contract $46/hr)

We are hiring an Implementation Specialist to support the onboarding of new and existing client accounts and help drive a smooth transition from sale to service. This is a detail-heavy, process-driven role for someone who enjoys coordinating across teams, keeping systems accurate, and ensuring partners stay on track.

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:30am -4:30pm
Type: Contract through May 2027with opportunity to extend

Pay Rate:$46/hour

Own the implementation workflow from kickoff through handoff to the service team
Serve as a key coordination hub across internal teams, brokers, and external partners
Make a direct impact on the client onboarding experience through organization and follow-through
Responsibilities
Own end to end implementation and onboarding for new and existing accounts from kickoff through transition to the service team
Partner with brokers and internal teams to confirm sold plan details including plans rates group structure riders commissions and spending accounts
Coordinate implementation meetings and calls including third party vendors and enrollment partners
Maintain accurate account setup across internal systems including assigning account and group numbers and verifying configuration
Update and manage all implementation records and documentation in Salesforce including required forms agreements attachments amendments signatures and final distribution
Drive post go live steps including cancelling old group numbers coordinating ID card release and sending the formal transition communication about 30 days after the effective date
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or account management
CRM proficiency, ideally Salesforce
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and asking clarifying questions when needed

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in insurance, healthcare, benefits, or enrollment environments
Familiarity with group plans, riders, enrollment processes, underwriting, or contract workflows
