The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, engaging with customers and offering advice.
• Adapt to a varied daily workload with new challenges and different customer interactions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers.
