Mechanical Engineer | Waterlooville, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £42,000

The Role

  • Provide mechanical engineering support across diverse platform systems, equipment, and marine services.
  • Deliver engineering input to multiple projects, including complex platforms and international naval programmes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define and manage platform system requirements.
  • Maintain systems design integrity across various engineering contexts, classes, and programme deployments.
  • Support investigations, impact assessments, and integration analyses for evidence-based technical decisions.
  • Ensure safe and efficient implementation of design changes while maintaining configuration control and system integration.

What You'll Need

  • Broad knowledge of complex platform systems within UK and international markets.
