Residential HVAC In-Home Sales Consultant

Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to drive residential HVAC replacement and upgrade sales. You'll visit pre-qualified leads, evaluate comfort and efficiency needs, and present customized heating and cooling solutions. Responsibilities include conducting in-home assessments, preparing proposals, explaining financing and warranties, and closing sales while delivering a customer-focused experience. You'll work closely with our install and service teams, receive ongoing technical and sales training, and grow your earnings in a stable, construction-focused HVAC career path.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home HVAC sales consultations with residential customers
• Assess comfort, efficiency, and system needs and present tailored solutions
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for new and replacement systems
• Explain financing, warranties, and service options to homeowners
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and closing goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, codes, and rebates
• Provide exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships
• Represent Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning professionally in the field
