• Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities.

• Utilizes an intermediate understanding of multiple data structures and sources to lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, which may include data visualization, data transformation, or data collection.
• Works on the development of analytic infrastructures, data engineering, or related business intelligence efforts.
• Applies data visualization best practices - often selecting the right data 'tool for the job' - to identify and interpret trends or patterns while following standard Enterprise branding.
• Understands the value of prototyping, usability, and the end-user experience to maximize the impact of the final data visualization product (dashboard, report, insight, or analysis).
• Develops advanced knowledge to influence relevant data, information, and application architecture decisions.
• Lead and participate in gathering complex and unique business requirements by partnering with customers to define business problems and data needs, translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
• Utilize an advanced understanding of multiple data structures and sources to lead the development and implementation of business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions, including data visualization, data transformation, data collection, and leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strategically partner and work with IT execution teams and data engineering teams on the development of analytic infrastructures, data engineering, scalable data pipelines, and related business intelligence efforts, ensuring reliable, high-quality data for analytics solutions.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of technical standards, governance practices, process frameworks, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement, with a focus on responsible AI practices.
• Applies innovative and scientific/quantitative analytical approaches to draw conclusions and make recommendations to answer the business objective and drive the appropriate change.
• Provide system thinking to influence relevant data, information, and application architecture decisions.
