Job Description:

We are seeking a BI/Data Analyst to support Mobility and End User Services through data analysis, dashboard development, operational reporting, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

Consolidate, clean, validate, and reconcile data from Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Calero, and vendor/carrier reports.

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, operational trackers, and executive summaries.

Analyze asset inventory, device deployments, orders, telecom billing, vendor expenses, and cost savings.

Identify data discrepancies, trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Coordinate with operations, finance, procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve data and reporting issues.

Required Skills:

Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

Experience in data validation, reconciliation, KPI reporting, and dashboard development.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
