Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer
 
Position Type: Full-time (Contract)
Duration: 24+ Months
Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX / Concord, CA
 
As a ServiceNow Development Lead, you will:     

• Develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform through configuration and scripting.
• Work extensively on the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Agentic AI use cases.
• Deliver solutions in alignment with best practices while collaborating with core and platform teams.
• Code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using established standards and tools.
• Ensure that all solutions developed by yourself or the team are secure, scalable, and compliant with defined standards and best practices.
• Support the product backlog by creating appropriate technical stories and participating in their prioritization.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout feature delivery.
• Maintain a strong technical understanding of third-party and cloud-based solutions.
• Assess technical impacts of new product releases and coordinate their implementation.
• Communicate daily with the Scrum Master, Technical Product Owner, and Agile team regarding completed work, planned activities, and any risks or blockers.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint retrospectives, actively sharing improvement ideas and embracing feedback to enhance both team performance and personal development.
• Ensure the quality of existing and new features through manual and automated testing, leveraging continuous integration practices.

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proven experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Familiarity with Third-Party Risk, Vendor Management, Procurement, Compliance, or Audit functions.
• Strong knowledge of vendor risk lifecycle and governance processes.
