Location: Cleburne, TX (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Description
Nixon Medical is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team in Cleburne, Texas. In this role, you will help ensure healthcare providers receive clean, high-quality medical garments and linens. This position plays an important part in supporting the healthcare industry by maintaining the quality and reliability of essential medical textiles.
This is a fast-paced, active position that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting daily production goals.
Overview
Production Associates support daily operations by sorting, processing, and inspecting medical textiles while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role involves standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks while collaborating with teammates to meet production targets.
Responsibilities
- Sort and prepare medical garments and linens for processing
- Operate industrial laundry and production equipment to clean, press, and package items
- Inspect items to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production quotas
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with daily quotas
- Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift and lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work in a team setting where overall success depends on individual productivity
- Ability to work the scheduled shift: 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
