Position: Program Manager
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)

Note:
* Candidate *must reside in Pennsylvania* within commuting distance of *Harrisburg*.
* Must be able to work *onsite 2 days per week* and telework from home.

Job Description:
* 7+ years of experience as a *Program Manager*.
* Experience managing *contracts, Statements of Work (SOW), and procurement processes*.
* Strong knowledge of *contract management*, compliance, and procurement regulations.
* Experience reviewing *budgets, invoices, expenditures, and financial analysis*.
* Ability to develop *workflows* and *quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements*.
* Experience managing *work orders, settlement agreements, and contractor performance*.
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
* Bachelor''s degree or equivalent technical education required.
