Program Manager with Prosci Certification @ Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)

We are currently seeking a Program Manager for one of our financial services clients in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity.

 

Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager with deep experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), process engineering, and enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Credit Cards or Payments domain, with a strong focus on Risk, Fraud, or Operations. Candidates must also hold Prosci and PMP certifications.

 

Must-Have Skills

• Prosci Certification (Mandatory)
• PMP Certification (Preferred/Required)
• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• 5+ years leading large-scale transformation/modernization programs
• Strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Process Engineering, Process Optimization & Prioritization
• Experience in Credit Cards or Payments, preferably in Risk, Fraud, or Operations
• Managed 50+ member onsite teams
• Expertise in Program Governance, Budget Management, and Risk Management
• Experience with legacy modernization (Cloud Migration, DevOps, ERP upgrades)
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Ideal Candidate: A senior Program Manager with Prosci + PMP, strong OCM and process transformation experience in the Banking/Credit Card domain, capable of leading large onsite modernization programs.
