The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers to generate interest in high-quality home improvement products.
• Conduct in-home consultations to provide personalized solutions and drive sales.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Work with a direct-to-consumer model that simplifies the replacement process for homeowners.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation for travel to various event and retail locations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to initiate conversations.
• The resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Comfortability standing and moving throughout your shift.
• Minimum 15 hours of availability per week.
