The Role

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and performance standards.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to employees.
• Supervise and manage daily store operations and loss prevention in management's absence.
• Ensure a fun, full-service customer experience and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Uphold the company culture and demonstrate it to the team.

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to learn and complete all required training programs.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
