• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, leading to high satisfaction.
• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and team leadership.
• Handle a variety of tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, including display setup and shelf-life checks.
• Replenish and inspect fresh produce and baked goods to ensure quality.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

• A strong drive and enthusiasm to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant professional experience.
• A friendly demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Willingness to be hands-on, meticulous, and dedicated.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (B1 level minimum) for effective communication.
