Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Test Engineer to evaluate digital products and applications for accessibility compliance across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of WCAG standards, accessibility testing tools, screen readers, and UI/UX accessibility practices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accessibility testing across multiple products and platforms.
  • Validate compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, and EN 301 549 standards.
  • Conduct accessibility assessments for Windows, macOS, web, Android, and iOS applications.
  • Test applications using screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
  • Use color contrast analyzers, code inspection tools, and other accessibility testing tools.
  • Identify accessibility issues and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations for developers.
  • Collaborate with developers and UI/UX teams to resolve accessibility defects.
  • Support accessibility evaluation and compliance verification throughout the product lifecycle.
