Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing scalable automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD integration, and Agile testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.

• Develop automated test scripts using Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and API testing.

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or BDD methodologies.

• Conduct API testing using REST Assured, Postman, and SOAP UI.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Perform database validation and backend testing using SQL.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure software quality.

• Identify, document, track, and resolve defects using Jira or similar tools.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and establish automation best practices.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.

• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

• Experience with API automation using REST Assured, Postman, or Karate.

• Strong knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and BDD frameworks.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong SQL skills for database testing and data validation.

• Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and test management tools.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized testing environments.

• Experience with microservices testing and distributed systems.

• Exposure to AI-powered testing tools and automation solutions.

• Experience leading QA automation teams and defining enterprise-level testing strategies.
