We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Spring Lodge, Witham on a part-time fixed-term basis.

How You’ll Make a Difference

 

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

 

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

 

Working Pattern

*Working 31 hours a week, across all of our branches, being flexible with hours, be able to work a saturday, mixture of shifts ranging from 7:45/8am-7/7:15pm, possibly working all day too.
 

Key Responsibilities

*Greeting clients in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
*Answering phone calls promptly and handling enquiries efficiently
*Booking, cancelling and managing appointments
*Taking cash and card payments
*Processing insurance claims and instalment enquiries
*Handling cash reconciliation and end-of-day banking procedures
*Dispensing medications and prescriptions
*Maintaining accurate client and patient records
*Managing and responding to clinic emails
*Completing daily administrative paperwork (lab reports, consent forms, vaccination documents, etc.)
*Ensuring reception areas, client information and retail products are well stocked and presentable
*Liaising with charities regarding collection boxes
*Attending reception team meetings when required
