PU Prime is a leading global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries. As part of our expansion in India, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader to drive business growth, lead a sales team, and expand our IB and client network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
• Bring an existing team, active IB network, and client portfolio.
• Recruit and onboard new BDMs, IBs, Affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Drive Net Deposits, trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, Affiliates, and high-value clients.
• Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for the India market.
• Work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to support market growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Proven experience leading a sales or BDM team.
• Existing team, IB network, and active client portfolio are highly preferred.
• Proven track record in Net Deposits, trading volume, and client acquisition.
• Ability to provide the last 3 months business performance records.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, CRM, and IB partnership models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
