Salary: 24,000 basic + uncapped OTE up to 72,000
Hours: 8:15am - 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday - no Sunday working
Christmas: 5-day Christmas shutdown

Are you an experienced automotive Sales Executive ready to take the next step in your career?

We are recruiting for an established and growing automotive business looking for a driven Sales Executive to step up into a Business Manager position at their Avonmouth site.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong vehicle sales experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility, develop their F&I knowledge and begin their progression into dealership management.

You'll become a senior member of the onsite team, working closely with the General Manager and taking responsibility for the second stage of the sales process, while also supporting and developing a small team of Sales Consultants.

The Role

You'll play a key role in maximising every customer opportunity through finance, warranty and protection products while ensuring a first-class customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing finance applications and supporting customers through the process
• Maximising finance, warranty and protection product sales
• Ensuring full FCA compliance across all transactions
• Managing deposits and customer payments
• Supporting and coaching Sales Consultants
• Monitoring and driving KPIs and sales targets
• Managing incoming leads and sales diaries
• Supporting customer review initiatives
• Contributing to sales campaigns and dealership initiatives
• Working closely with the General Manager and wider management team

About You

We're looking for an experienced automotive Sales Executive who is ready to progress their career.

You don't necessarily need to have held a Business Manager position before. We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong experience within automotive sales
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge of vehicle finance and F&I products
• An understanding of FCA regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• The ability to influence and support colleagues
• A commercially focused and target-driven approach
• Ambition to progress into senior dealership management
• A full UK driving licence
