The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Data and Insights Analyst to join a high-performing Customer Lifecycle Management and Customer Intelligence team based in Sydney. This role is ideal for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys uncovering the story behind the data rather than simply reporting numbers. You will play a key role in analysing customer, campaign, and business performance data to generate actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes. Working closely with marketing, customer, product, finance, and business stakeholders, you will help drive data-informed decision making through analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, prepare, analyse, and interpret data from multiple systems and platforms to support customer, marketing, and business initiatives.
• Measure campaign performance, personalised offers, and customer lifecycle programs to assess business impact and effectiveness.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and key drivers within complex datasets.
• Investigate root causes behind performance outcomes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations that support customer and business objectives.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, visualisations, and reporting solutions that enable self-service analytics.
• Present insights and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Assess and improve existing reporting frameworks, metrics, and analytical processes.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenge assumptions through data-driven analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytical activities.
• Support the continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, measurement methodologies, and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, BI, and Customer Analytics to maintain consistency of reporting and KPIs.
