Role: SAP Finance Transformation / Implementation Consultant

Location : Santa Clara,CA(Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Transformation Consultant to support a finance transformation initiative involving SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration with existing enterprise systems. The consultant will work closely with finance stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical architects to design and implement technical solutions, with a focus on migrating from NetSuite to SAP.

Key Responsibilities

Support finance transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation, integration, and migration activities.
Contribute to the migration of financial processes and data from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA.
Collaborate with finance, engineering, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Participate in solution architecture, technical design, system integration, and implementation planning.
Support SAP HANA-based solutions and integrations with Microsoft Azure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between finance requirements and technical deliverables.
Track project activities, issues, dependencies, and deliverables using Jira.
Assist with testing, issue resolution, deployment coordination, and post-implementation support.
Ensure finance processes and integrations meet business requirements and project timelines.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA technologies.
Experience with finance transformation projects and SAP implementation or integration.
Exposure to NetSuite-to-SAP migration or integration initiatives.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure in an enterprise technology environment.
Strong understanding of technical solution design and system integration.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, finance, and technical teams.
Experience using Jira for project tracking and issue management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with supply chain processes and related enterprise system integrations.
Experience supporting end-to-end finance system transformation initiatives.
Exposure to data migration, financial system testing, and implementation support.
