The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of services including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage personal stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Operate with autonomy, making informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving.
• Represent the organisation as a key point of customer interaction, embodying its values and professional standards.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
