Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of IT projects. The role involves working closely with Project Managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items
  • Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and RAID logs
  • Support Agile ceremonies and project governance activities
  • Assist with UAT, deployment planning, budget tracking, and project closure
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT Project Coordination or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
