Role Overview

We are looking for Full Stack Software Developers with 3+ years of professional experience to join a specialized Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program supporting LTI Mindtree.

Candidates will complete a 10-week remote training program focused on modern software engineering, cloud-native development, AI-enabled applications, and customer-facing solution delivery. Following successful completion of training, candidates will work onsite in Dallas, TX or Edison, NJ.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong Python programming and OOP concepts
• Experience with asynchronous programming, type annotations, testing, and production codebases
• JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar SPA frameworks
• RESTful API development and integration
• FastAPI/Flask or other equivalent backend frameworks(Django)
• SQL and relational databases
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Cloud-native application development
• Docker and containerization
• Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Git and collaborative development workflows
• Software debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Exposure to LLMs and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to complete 10 weeks of training and work onsite in Dallas, TX after training
