Full Stack Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to help build production-grade web applications and APIs from the ground up. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end to end, collaborating across the stack, and turning ambiguous requirements into clear, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities

• Design and deliver full-stack features from database schema through backend services and user-facing interfaces.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and modern web frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Develop responsive frontend experiences with strong JavaScript fundamentals and React preferred.
• Work with relational databases to create efficient schemas, queries, indexes, and data relationships.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements early and shape implementation plans that reduce rework.
• Contribute to scalable system design and make thoughtful technical decisions that support long-term maintainability.
• Write clean, testable code and support both unit and integration testing efforts.
• Follow best practices for version control, documentation, and collaborative development.
• Support basic DevOps workflows, including Docker and CI/CD, as needed.

Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES6+, async/await, closures, and modern application patterns.
• Professional experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component-based development.
• Advanced Python development experience in production environments.
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of schema design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
• Ability to think analytically, break down complex problems, and work through ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, transparent, and collaborative approach.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering complete, high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools.
• Exposure to Electron-based desktop applications.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as ADK or LangGraph.
• Experience with API documentation tools such as Swagger or OpenAPI.
• Working knowledge of Git best practices and collaborative version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices.
• Experience with testing strategies for both backend and frontend applications.
