The Role

• Engage with potential clients to understand their advertising needs and present innovative outdoor advertising solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local businesses and national brands.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives within an assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor sales data and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

What You'll Need

• Proven ability to make cold calls and engage effectively with prospects, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate policies and procedures clearly.
• Excellent time management and self-organization skills.
• A resilient and motivated attitude, capable of overcoming challenges and handling rejection.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales systems.
• A valid Driver’s License and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
