Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Project Manager to lead and coordinate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, AI/ML project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on project manager who can manage complex technology initiatives, align business and technical teams, and drive AI/ML projects from planning through successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, status updates, and executive reporting.

• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.

• Coordinate AI/ML model development, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.

• Identify project bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions.

• Communicate project updates and escalate risks to leadership when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management or Technical Project Management.

• Demonstrated experience managing AI/ML, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science initiatives.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and technical delivery processes.

• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-driven transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with enterprise technology, data engineering, or analytics projects.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
