We are seeking highly experienced Senior IT Project Managers to support a large-scale enterprise Order to Cash (OTC) transformation for a nationwide organization. These individuals will lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives involving integrations, data conversion, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Candidates must be highly independent, able to step into an established program with minimal ramp-up, and experienced driving accountability across business, IT, and third-party teams without direct reporting authority.

• Job Type: Contract
• Location: Remote (must work MST hours)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65 - $85 per hour plus benefits

What You ll Do:

• Lead multiple, cross-functional project workstreams from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, vendor activities, and business and technical readiness.
• Lead meetings and daily deployment stand-ups, drive commitments, and communicate status to executive stakeholders.
• Manage project financial forecasting, resource planning, and change control.
• Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and drive accountability across matrixed teams.

There are two areas of focus. Candidates must have strong experience in at least one:

1. Integrations & Data Conversion

• Manage third-party integrations involving payments, banking, lockbox, and collections.
• Coordinate vendor readiness and end-to-end testing.
• Lead conversion planning, mock cycles, data validation, and reconciliation.

2. Cutover & Deployment Readiness

• Lead cutover planning, execution runbooks, and deployment rehearsals.
• Coordinate go/no-go decisions, contingency plans, and rollback strategies.
• Oversee go-live activities and transition into hypercare and ongoing support.

What Gets You the Job:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years managing complex enterprise IT projects.
• Strong experience in at least one of the two project tracks outlined above (integrations & data conversion and/or cutover & deployment readiness).
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream initiatives independently with minimal ramp-up.
• Experience leading through influence across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, financial forecasting, resource planning, and change control.

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP or Order to Cash transformation experience (billing, AR, collections, and payments).
• Oracle experience preferred; D365 or SAP also relevant.
• Payment processor, banking, or lockbox vendor experience.
• Multi-site or phased deployment experience.
• PMP certification, PMO experience, and familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Project, or PPM tools.
