E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate

Von Maur is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to support our upscale retail customers by accurately picking, packing, and shipping online orders. In this fast-paced role, you will use order and inventory systems to locate merchandise, verify item and quantity accuracy, and prepare packages that reflect Von Maur's high presentation standards. You'll help maintain organized stock areas, assist with inventory counts, and follow all safety procedures. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to Von Maur's customer-first, service-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items for e-commerce orders using order management systems
• Pack, label, and prepare shipments to meet quality and branding standards
• Verify order accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and process returns
• Maintain organized inventory and restock shelves as needed
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics in a fast-paced setting
• Collaborate with team members and communicate order or inventory issues
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
