The Role

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management and organizational planning.
• Adjudicate and apply HR policies and procedures to meet business and employee needs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a business-related role.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
