The Role

  • Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support and consultation to managers, supervisors, and employees.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to management.
  • Experience in managing site culture and aligning it with company objectives.
