The Role

• Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide comprehensive HR support and consultation to managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives to ensure the site has the necessary skills for current and future needs.
• Drive employee engagement and facilitate effective communication of organizational goals.
• Oversee HR compliance, including investigations and record-keeping, ensuring adherence to federal and state requirements.
• Manage key HR systems, including timekeeping, applicant tracking, and HRIS data.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to management.
• Experience in managing site culture and aligning it with company objectives.
