Job Description

·        Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Mass Ingestion.

• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT data integration pipelines using Informatica Cloud services.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data validation across Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other relational databases.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications using REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience with API authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, API Keys, and JWT.
• Good understanding of API testing and debugging using tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience in developing and consuming reusable mappings, mapplets, taskflows, parameter files, and scheduling jobs in IDMC.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL best practices, and dimensional data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Git and deployment methodologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting data integration issues, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and metadata management concepts.
• Ability to work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.
• Experience in handling file formats including CSV, XML, JSON, Parquet, and Avro.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting and automation for batch processing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
