The Role

• Conduct internal training sessions on optometry, utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
• Advise customers and support colleagues on optical matters.
• Perform refractions and ensure standardized refraction procedures within the team.
• Oversee the technical equipment and contribute technical expertise to store management.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training as a Master Optician (Augenoptikermeister).
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage customers.
• Strong teamwork skills to achieve company goals collaboratively.
