ASAP<br />We are currently looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers to join our temporary engineering team, working across commercial buildings and facilities management sites in and around London.<br />This is a great opportunity for engineers who are happy to work across different sites and are looking for flexible temporary work.<br />THE ROLE<br />• Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance<br />• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding and repairs<br />• Completing general electrical and mechanical building maintenance<br />• Supporting site teams with day to day maintenance requirements<br />• Completing PPM schedules and maintenance checks<br />• Working across different sites in and around London<br />• Moving between sites on a weekly basis depending on requirements<br />• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing relevant paperwork<br />ABOUT YOU<br />• Level 3 qualified Maintenance Engineer<br />• Previous commercial building maintenance or facilities management experience<br />• Strong PPM and reactive maintenance experience<br />• Confident working independently across different sites<br />• Flexible and happy to work at different locations each week<br />• Good communication and customer service skills<br />• Reliable and available for temporary assignments<br />WHAT'S ON OFFER<br />• Temporary contract opportunities<br />• Paid via Umbrella<br />• No limit on company or site type<br />• Work available across London and surrounding areas<br />• Different sites available on a weekly basis<br />• ASAP starts available<br />• Opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of commercial environments<br />If you're a Level 3 qualified Maintenance Engineer and are looking for temporary work across London, we'd like to hear from you
