The Role

• Accountable for the overall integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the company’s operations financial results and safeguarding of plant assets.
• Partners with Sr. Ops Directors and operations management teams to provide comprehensive financial leadership.
• Responsible for multiple plant operations' financial results, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in accordance with IFRS and company procedures.
• Manages the weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast process and leads the development of the annual operating plan for manufacturing facilities.
• Analyzes financial data to support key business decisions, identify process improvements, and drive cost savings.
• Provides guidance on capital expenditure requests, including financial support, compliance, and post-expenditure reviews.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's in Accounting required; CPA, CMA or equivalent designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a Controller level, with manufacturing and costing experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proven ability to manage staff, with excellent analytical, strategic problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and deliver in a changing environment, with a high level of accountability and initiative.
• Experience with multiple sites and remote site management is advantageous.
