The Role

• Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience, leading to high customer satisfaction.
• Act as a direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient operational workflows and leading the team in a shared capacity.
• Undertake all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, display merchandise effectively, and monitor product expiration dates.
• Replenish produce, fruits, vegetables, and baked goods, ensuring freshness.
• Handle cashier duties, assist with stock management, and maintain store cleanliness.

What You'll Need

• Enthusiasm to strengthen the team and contribute to a high-performance environment.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience in this or another field.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to work diligently and contribute.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
