Job Description

 

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher with 5+ years' experience to foster data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and bringing a voice to the users.

Requirements:

· Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using an array of research techniques

· Analyze users behavioral and attitudinal data to uncover customer painpoints and unmet needs

· Ability to conduct a range of research methods including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, and concept testing

· Synthesize and present research findings in context

· Leverage human centered design principles to develop journey maps, user personas, and jobs to be done

· Work closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to regularly integrate user feedback into the product design and development process

· Ability to accurately scope research initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders

· Leverage existing data and ability to tie insights to analytics

· Work in a SAFE Agile environment, coordinating projects by sprints

· Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of cross-functional teams

· Effectively manage vendor partner relationships ensuring that output meets internal expectations

 

Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with UX Research.

· Bachelors or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research or similar field

· Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Experience with research, design, and AI tools Solid grasp on Human Centered Design.

· Expert written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

· **Portfolio demonstrating your expertise and ability to articulate your process

Positive attitude, collaborative spirit and openness to giving and receiving feedback
